Dungeons and Dragons Campaign world

So, i've recently joined a D&D 4th edition party, first time whit D&D, only payed paranoia.
i decided we needed a world of our own, so i drawed this map. i still need to name some locations, maybe add some moe islands, but it's escentially completed.
